THUNDERBALL 1965

What is perhaps most notable about the galleries for Thunderball (1965) is the large number of images of the cast photographed to promote the film. The beautiful stills of Bond girls Claudine Auger, (26 April 1941 – 18 December 2019) Luciana Paluzzi, Martine Beswick in The Bahamas illustrate no expense was spared in the publicity campaign. Actors Martine Beswick and Adolfo Celi (27 July 1922 – 19 February 1986) can also be seen with Spectre divers while on location. These were staged solely for promotional purposes and do not feature in the finished film. Also of note are many images from deleted scenes. Look out for shots of Sean Connery (25 August 1930 - 31 October 2020) at Shrublands, Bond receiving a tour of the Disco Volante and Largo arriving to meet Bond and Domino in Bay Street, Nassau to watch the junkanoo procession.
